What does PALANCA mean?
There are lots of definitions out there. While it literally
translates into "lever" I think of it as : Gifts
of Prayer, Service, and Sacrifice.
It is important to remember that true Palanca is not the
"stuff" but Service and Sacrifice that is given. The "stuff"
is just a physical reflection of those sacrificial gifts.
What is "Agape"?
Agape…… the self-giving love of God in Christ.
Why are your prices so low?
Yes, I suppose I could charge more but I choose
to make these products available and AFFORDABLE for all.
Does Palanca Gifts run a brick and mortar store?
When Palanca Gifts opened online in 2005, one of our primary goals was to offer affordable Palanca and Agape. As a result, we choose to keep our expenses low in order to pass along the best retail prices possible. At this time, we do not operate a retail location. However, our products are
carried in many church and retail bookstores. If you are interested in locating a store near you, please give us a call or send an email with your
location and we'll do our best to point you to the store nearest you.

Why can't I order bookmarks,
notecards or stationery separately?
To keep our prices competitive, we do our printing in matching SETS. By the
same token, the majority of our customers prefer MATCHED sets. As we grow, we
will make changes to meet the needs of our customers but at this time, we only
sell the matched sets.

Can I still order?
Of Course! Although our credit card processing is done on
a totally secure SSL server, we DO provide an alternative!
Add products to your shopping cart like you normally would,
then choose the checkout link off
of any page. Fill in your information, and go to the bottom
of the page where it says "Please choose one of the
payment methods below" simply select U.S. Check
or Money Order. You can
send us a check or money order for the amount of your purchase
and we will ship your products as
soon
as
we
get your
payment.

to someone about placing an order.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be filled, plus time for the shipping method you selected at checkout. If it will take longer than this to fill your order, we will do our best to let you know.
What are your shipping costs?
Shipping costs are computed based on the weight of each item.
When you add an item to your cart the shipping and handling
charges
are
computed by the U.S Postal
System and when you check
out they will be listed as part of your total.
Do you have a catalog?
We sure do! Our catalog request page can be found right

How do you suggest writing on a bookmark?
Use a Sharpie fine point permanent marker. It does a great
job!
